1. When does the warranty period begin?

Your 1-year warranty starts the day you receive the product.

2. How do I claim the warranty?

Before making a claim, check the FAQs for your product and try any troubleshooting steps.
Still having issues and think it’s a defect under warranty? Just head to the product support page and send us a return or exchange request.

3. Do you have any certificates? What kind?

Yep! Our products are certified with CE and ISO.

4. I’m using groundwater and need to purify it for drinking. What system should I choose?

We’d recommend our Reverse Osmosis system for that.
To give you the best solution, could you share:

  • What’s the TDS level of your water?
  • Can you send a water test report?
  • How much purified water do you need per day/hour?
  • What’s your local voltage? Any special requirements?
5. If I get a replacement, does the warranty restart?

The warranty stays based on your original purchase date — it doesn’t reset with a replacement.

6. My tap water has a strong chlorine smell. Can your system help with that?

Absolutely! Our Activated Carbon Filter removes chlorine and odors, making your water taste much better.

7. My water’s really hard. Can you fix that?

Sure thing. We can include a water softener filter in the system to help reduce the hardness.

8. My voltage is 220V 1P 60Hz (or 110V 60Hz 1P / 440V 60Hz 3P). Is that okay?

Yes, we can customize for those voltages!
Just a heads-up: it may take up to 30 working days, and the cost could be 20–30% higher, depending on system size.

9. We’re a pharmaceutical company and need an EDI system. Can you quote us?
